CONDITIONS OF BOARDING
All rabbits must be vaccinated against VHD and Myxomatosis and a valid vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival. VHD and Myxomatosis are both very nasty diseases and can be transmitted by air, clothing, shoes and infected rabbits. Due to the horrendous and often fatal outcomes of these diseases, Derby Bunny Haven has decided to only take rabbits that are vaccinated in order to protect all our guests and our own rabbits.
We always ask owners to bring enough of their rabbit/guinea pig normal food as we don’t want to muck their system around too much by feeding them food that they not used to.
We take every precaution to protect your pet whilst in our establishment and all pets are transported to grass areas by pet carrier to avoid accidents regardless of your pets handling experience

Derby Bunny Haven is now operating strict appointment time slots, due to limited parking and family commitments. We kindly ask all our customers to adhere to their allotted time. We have the right to refuse anyone that is excessively late unless by prior notice.

Saturday and Sunday 8am - 11.30am and 6pm - 7pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
If you require other times please contact us prior to your arrival date to arrange a suitable time.
Please telephone us on your return from holiday to arrange a collection time for your pet, this helps you if you are delayed returning from your holiday (saves you worrying) and it enables us to consider our family’s commitments
